Refund or exchanges are only eligible for products that are damaged or defective during delivery. Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for fragrances that are not to your liking or preference once received. You may order a sample of that fragrance prior to purchasing a larger product. Once your order has shipped, changes to it will not be allowed. If a order is still processing and you need to make a change, please send a message. We will make every attempt to correct it prior to it being shipped.
In the event that damage has occurred during shipping, contact us within three days of receipt of delivery. Please save original packaging, along with product for inspection by shipper. We recommend taking a picture of the items. A claim must be filed with the courier. If a product is reshipped due to damage during shipping, a video of the second package being opened will be required for claim purposes by our company.
